    Give the place a big zero stars if possible they are all online casino whom I played alot but never had cashed out my winnings before so I end up putting $80 in played 3 days on it and won $ ***** I was so happy I tried to cash out only $500 of it the I followed the instructions and it gave me a time line of how long it would take to go into my bank and it never went in I tried calling but they shut phone down on calls for customers so I emailed them about it then I go into play again and I should still have ***** in my account to play with and theres nothing a big $0 in my account they took all my money I won out no explanation. I went back and forth for months they telling me its adding season to be patient till after they do there audits all theses excuses I had proof of the winnings because one lady sent me a copy of all the game's I won at and she showed me what her computer was showing her and it said case under review they never emailed me or anything to say thay to me just took money put and that was all finally about 5 months later I spoke with a manager she's tells me that they were bought put by a new company and have no record of my account and I said well here and sent her the proof of everything from there own system she said. Well thats not showing in there new system so she cant give me the money I had won I was so upset thats so wrong I told her then she should atleast give me the $80 I put into winning in the first place she said she couldn't do it so what could I do absolutely nothing but ruin there name and let everyone know there shady and not legit it ***** when your not able to do anything to theses places who are not doing things the legit way I don't understand how they can get away with stuff like that and most likely they will end up changing there name but running the casino the same way burning people over and over and hiding under different names so be carefull.
