  I recently had the pleasure of using Chimney Professionals for the second time to service my gas fireplace, and I'm thoroughly impressed once again. Their service is genuinely trust-inspiring, led by the honest and dedicated owner, *****. The entire process was effortless, reflecting their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. ******* altruistic approach and attention to detail made me feel valued as a customer. I am completely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Chimney Professionals to anyone in need of fireplace services. Their consistent excellence has earned my trust and loyalty.

  We paid to have our chimney repaired after a hail storm and was quoted to replace siding trim molding and re-paint. Owner took it upon himself to change the entire chimney facing at his discretion to a different look and then told us that it was a gift. Also, the paint job was not complete as it was left with streaks.. The chimney is now not within HOA code and has to be redone to meet requirements. They also replaced a corner molding on the siding of the house and did a horrible job finishing. They must have used over 100 nails and left them exposed. The owner, ***** has refused to come back out and make necessary corrections.

  I had Chimney Professionals out to look at a water drip during heavy storms. The diagnosis was that the chimney cap was old, outdated, and needing replacement. The quote was quite expensive so I did not proceed with the repair ($4000). I was charged a $159 fee for the inspection despite the website claiming free estimates. Additionally, they would only take check or Zelle and could not take a credit card despite their website stating that all major cards are accepted.Needless to say, not what I was expecting after reading many of the reviews on ****** and Yelp.

  Based on Yelp reviews and BBB accreditation, I hired this company to fix a chimney leak. ***** came out to fix the leak and when he was done, I looked up and saw where he had slathered black tar over the wood and brick of my chimney. The black tar really stands out since my paint and brick color is light. Paid him $700,00 but told him I was not happy with the aesthetic of the work. Spoke to ***** and have requested an itemized receipt 3 times but he has refused to send one and has not addressed my complaint. He asked but when told what needed to be done has ignored my request. I will now have to pay someone else to repair the damage caused by this company since I plan to sell the house and this is an eye sore. Will turn to small claims court to try to recover losses since this company has taken no responsibility for this situation. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

  BEWARE!. My direct vent fireplace was left with a GAS LEAK that I had to call a plumber to fix after chimney professionals worked on it.The service technician said I needed to replace the entire inside of my unit. I ordered the parts that he told me to off of Amazon. When he came back to install them, it took him over six hours to do so and the next day my wife and I still smelled gas. not to mention several pieces of the outside of the fireplace were scratched and damaged and I'm probably going to have to replace those. I called a trusted plumber and he told us that a coupling that needed Teflon on it to seal it was left without Teflon and it was definitely leaking gas and was a safety hazard. The plumber fixed my leak. Could've been a very tragic mistake.When I told the owner, he wanted to come back out and look at the fireplace himself which I was OK with. But he never showed for the appointment. When I called him to ask about it he said we got the times mixed up. To top it all off the fireplace still does not work even with the new parts installed. I do not recommend this company

  ***** and his crew came to our home to assist with a fireplace that has had intermittent issues for several years. Others have worked on it and either didn't fix the problem or suggested expensive repairs that would have potentially made it unsafe. Chimney Professionals quickly identified the problem, fixed it and showed a full understanding of how the fireplace worked and how it could be updated at a reasonable cost if we ever needed that service. His pricing was more than fair. Glad to recommend them to others.
