      We hired what we thought was a chimney expert from ***** Brothers Chimneys in *******, **. Turns out, all the businesses are fake and it's one-off people contracted under an overarching company, Prime Experts (*************************************************) they hire the work out to complete. I've so far found ~15 different "businesses" all actually under this sham of a company, and I'm just getting started. As soon as I started complaining and causing a ruckus, every single one of their websites went down - but every other normal website works. In our case, the *************************** website guarantees a licensed expert, cleanliness upon work being done, along with a dozen or more other promises. None of which occurred with *** *************) the supposed chimney expert sent to us. Things started getting shady and when I wanted to contact ***** Brothers, it became clear something wasn't right. I have no doubt he doesn't meet their alleged requirements, nor did anything worth the cost of what we paid for the chimney service. Additionally, he left our house a complete mess - not soot, but an actual tar like substance over the floor ensuring I had to cut a piece of carpet out to get the tar out. When I tried to call to speak to a manager of ****************************, I found out this company is run through a dispatch service. I then tried to go to their website which has a different name than ***** Brothers Chimneys (it shows up as The ******* Chimney Sweep Champions, with the *** as chimney pros AZ, when you click on the direct website link). It's also nearly identical to many of the other sites I've now found. After my husband also called the ************ number, they answered as Mister Chimney. We were also supposed to receive a receipt emailed upon completion, which has never come through. However, on our credit card pending charge it shows up as Prime Experts. When I call the 888 number, no one answers and it goes to a voicemail.

      9/25/24 Chimney repair persons came to quote price for electric fireplace insert. Instead, they told my husband the chimney needed a new top. He proceeded to pay 1500 dollars for a top to be made and delivered. We have not seen them since. The company will not answer the phone. They were supposed to be back with the top in a week.

      June 6 company came out to clean the gutters, dig up buried gutters, reattach gutters to shed. They cleaned out the gutters, but after digging up the gutters, cut them off at the house which is now causing water damage to my foundation. They did not repair the gutters back to the shed but merely screwed three screws through the gutters back to the dwelling and refused to remedy or repair correctly as contracted. After calling to complain, they agreed to come out to remedy and never showed up, never answer the phone and charged my debit card for the balance.
