    I had the same issue as the previous poster. I place my order November 2022. The funds left my account and the product was never received and I had no answer to my emails or phone calls despite MANY attempts. I got a random email in July 2023 with a copy of the copyright form BUT NOTHING ELSE! No answer to my previous email questions AND STILL NO PRODUCT!

    They took my money and never sent me the product. I've emailed and left voice messages and still no product. I've since them left them messages to cancel and give me a refund. I'm getting silence.
