      Do not purchase from this company. www.avenue.com They hide their reviews and do not have ablitiy to tell the truth. Do not support fake website that order from ***** and make it seem like the are right next door.

      I somehow got on Avenue's email list; I suspect a vendor or charity with whom I do business sold their contact list. I have spent MONTHS trying to unsubscribe, using their button a zillion times, and contacting them with a complaint twice. Every time I have been assured that I have been unsubscribed, and every time nothing has changed. I'm getting a blister from deleting their MULTIPLE DAILY EMAILS. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I made the stupid mistake of buying from this company without reading customer reviews. Simply put, I received a sweater which was too small. No problem. When trying to exchange it for a different size their **************** (which was weirdly passive aggressive) would not give me information on how to exchange but instead continually tried to upsell me on other products. It took multiple, pleading emails for them to finally relent and provide me information on how to exchange but it will cost 80$ plus an 18$ fee for Customs Fee for their warehouse to process in *****. Seriously, I would say worst **************** ever but that would imply I was treated as a customer as opposed to a **** who did not research their reputation first. Be smart, shop somewhere else. Their "service" is garbage.

      Company advertises a "fit guarantee" or a refund, yet refused the refund by citing a hidden policy stating some sales are final. This is in direct violation of consumer protection rights. The principle of fairness and transparency in consumer protection law mandates that all terms, conditions, and policies related to a product or service be clearly communicated to the consumer at the time of sale. This includes return, refund, and exchange policies. When they advertise a guarantee but subsequently refuse a refund based on a concealed policy, it is misleading and deceptive conduct. This not only undermines the trust consumers place in your businesses, but it also infringes on legal protections designed to ensure consumers are treated honestly and fairly in their transactions. I imagine I'm not the only one impacted by this as a new customer.

      If I could give less than one star, I would I ordered some items from this website and received tracking. The order was never delivered. I have been going back and forth with them for a month now and absolutely no resolution. They keep saying they will escalate my request and I never hear back from anyone. They have also blocked my email address from emailing them, so my only option for contacting them is through the live chat. I asked for a replacement of items and was told it would be sent out, and never heard anything back. A few days later I asked yet again for an update, and they informed me that the items I ordered were no longer available. When I stated that this was unacceptable, they offered a gift card for their site (because I should trust them to get my items to me this time - right). I told them I wanted a refund and they refused and will only offer a giftcard. So I reluctantly accepted that, and have been waiting days for that to be issued. Be warned, DO NOT TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service, and when you express your issues, they will block you from contacting them.

      This company is horrible to work with and overcharged me. I had 4 items all of the same price in my order and a coupon that was 40% off 1 item. There was no other condition to using the coupon. After ordering, I got an item saying that 1 of my items was out of stock and they resent my invoice; however, my invoice now is missing the coupon discount as well. When I talked to them, they said the coupon was attached to the item that was out of stock. However, this coupon was attached to the out of stock item by Avenue. And then claimed since my order had shipped, they couldn't adjust the rate they charged me. I can't think of a more fraudulent scenario than changing my order and charging me more money per item without my consent. Avenue was at fault for this entire scenario and there was no reason they couldn't have applied my coupon other than other own fraudulent reasons.
