    They came to repair the machine and failed to do that for over 3 months . When they came to attempt to fix it their machine stole $20 and didnt load it into my card .

    A man called me and threatened me so that I could take it down because hes getting bad reviews . Said if I dont hes going to call the police .

    Hello, We contacted the customer  via phone and offered them a complete refund of ***** plus a bonus of ****. We also looked back at the original service call and it was approximately 3 weeks from their complaint,

    During that time we sent our techs to check the Value Transfer Machine and it tested no issues 100% every time. Their bill must a been stuck and we did not see it. We have tried to contact the person that turned in the call, they will not respond to us now.

     We set up a meeting at the apartment office and at their apartment, but they did not show up and would not answer the door at their apartment. We dropped off the new card with the 2**** dollars on it at the office with the manager.

    We have tried to call this customer many times via phone and text with no response! 

    We are doing everything to help them but we are not getting a response from them.

    Please let us know if we need to do anything else.

    The company handles onsite laundry equipment and onsite to load money to your laundry card. Twice I have loaded money on the card twice the machine is not working. I reported and file a complaint and file to have my money refunded. I did not receive funds from the 1st time 3/25/2023 doe $30.00. Never received a reply back. Not today the machine is not working. I will be filing another complaint, but they need to refund my monies lost and fix the machine.
