    This company is a ****! They called my employer and told them that I had a claim and process server was en route to my home. The individual at my job called me several times in a panic to warn me of what was happening. They left him a claims number to provide as well as called and left me a message with the information. When I returned their call ****** and the call and connected me with ******. He was VERY pushy and aggressive. He provided all my information and that of my spouse and threatened my assets should I take it to court. I kept telling him I didnt understand nor did I remember the account. I advised that I had never received anything from the bank account that they were referencing. He knew that he had me in a panic as I had never encountered anything like this before. Unfortunately I fell victim to the scam. Soon as I realized what happened, I attempted to contact my bank who advised I would get the money back. However that turned out to not be true. He had me sign documents electronically that are no longer available for viewing. Toward the end of the call he said God will never put more on us than we can bare I was so angry because I feel that because of my employer name he thought that was an appropriate way to end the call. Im so angry and pray that someone catches these criminals!

    The dumb rude lady called me and advised me I had a 20-year-old account at ******* and I kept pressing her for more information which she barely gave me. She gave me an account number so I called ******* and asked them how long they keep old accounts information I was told forever but the Baylor *** told me they wouldn't have it or keep it for a certain amount of time. ******* said to me if I ever banked there they would know. I had my son call back today because he is my power of attorney and they told him it was me trying to act like my son. Then hung up on my son, when he tried to press them for why their phone number is coming up as a process server scam on BBB. She then proceeded to hang up on my son. My son called back and asked the first *** who answered why their site was coming up as a scam they transferred him to a voicemail. All and all this place is stupid. US ***** said that money is insured and they truly do not go after people who over-draw accounts. Ignore these people. They are lying to obtain money by any means. Even threatening jail and being super rude. They will not be getting my money. Good luck finding me. Took you 20 years so far so another 20 won't be hard I guess.

    Baylor and partners tried to pull a fast one today saying on voicemail it was pending an accident. Then they went with that I owed money that I am gonna go to trail if I dont pay them money. They even got caught saying the claim number was too many numbers smfh I have the proof that they cant even get the story straight first an accident that I owe money to an account I havent had in decades. They need to be shut down. The lady ****** is rude as h*** and wouldnt let me speak at all all threats

    I believe that I just received a scam call. Contacted this company directly from their website, nothing found with my phone number. I have reported it to the *** as a SCAM.

    Received an aggressive, accusatory phone call beginning with a confirmation of where to serve me papers.The firm threatened me with a huge debt I don't owe and was very abusive. The call ended with a sarcastic "good luck in court."I immediately got my (very real) attorney involved. Ask for specifics, avoid sharing personal protected information, and pursue legal action if the harassment continues. Your lawyer can also cooperate with law enforcement, including the ***, to bring attention to this matter, in addition to a myriad of other legal interventions.

    This is a scam! Beware of this company they threaten you with criminal prosecution if you do not pay the fake or twenty year old debt by ***. I will be reporting this to the ************************************.

    They are trying to scam my sister in paying a debt a different state that is over 20 years ago and belonged to her ex-husband. They are breaking several laws, including the statue of imitations. They are very aggressive in their tone and trying to intimate people. We will be filing a complaint with the Texas state attorney general's office, the ************************* and the *************************************

    This is a scam. They have been contacting people trying to get them to pay debit that does not exist. They try to intimidate by saying their is a judgement against you and if you don't pay you will be served with court docs. I will now make it my personal mission to get them shut down everywhere.
