    Boxer property has HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGERS! Anytime their is a storm the entire building gets locked down, with no access for business to operate! My property manager ******** has been extremely unprofessional since my lease began in December, no emails or phone calls to clarify discrepancies. Very difficult to reach if there is a problem. The corporate and property managers are not on the same page in regards to accounting or policies. It has been a horrible experience even getting an issue escalated. They are not to be recommended by any means if you are looking for a professional management company that will professionally correspond, and look out for your businesses best interest! I am totally unsatisfied and give them 2 thumbs down! I asked who I could escalate my compliant to by *** and she told me only ******** or *******. I asked her who her boss was she said *****. So if this is true, and these three women are the chief executives of this company it is run poorly. More concentration should be put on your clients. Definitely would not recommended this company to any business

    Boxer Property will not refund my deposit for a comnercial lease.Instead of the company returning my deposit, they continue to add charges.I have moved my business and don't owe any outstanding charges.

    I have not had heat in my office for 2 months at **************** ******. I have consistently complained including sending time stamped photographs of the thermostat. On site management has tried to repair but the unit for my office is apparently done.

    I have to work from home more than I can the office as temp can be in the 40s when it is cold outside.

    I offered 3 solutions. Fix problem, move me to a new office or terminate the lease. There are dozens of empty offices at LBJ Plaza. Boxer has declined to do anything to help resolve. Now I will have to get an attorney due to Boxer's lack of communication.

    Stay away. Pay a little more and get an office you can use. Tell everyone who will listen.
