    I paid $250 for the application and process for me and my son. I was told a lower price for rent but after I submitted the application the price was raised and I was denied. Also, the amount of rent I pay at my current residence is the same amount Bluffs at Lakewood initially told me. I was also told I had minor level of credit that supported the denial. My credit score is 668, it has actually increased in the last 6 months. I believe these reasons are subject to investigation in order to determine if they are unlawful.

    Spoke to ********************, she placed this complaint on the wrong complex. She had an approved application and is set to move in with us. Application fee's listed in the complaint are not compatible with our application fees.
