    Bluebonnet Construction LLC (*******************) began construction at our home on 6/1/2022 with an anticipated completion date within 60 days per our bid and approval. As of 8/16/2023 the work has yet to be fully completed, and communication with **** has been extremely terrible. He was paid a progress payment (which was an advance for material) in the amount of $12,792.30 on 5/19/23 to demo existing brick and windows at our home, frame out area for new window, install new brick, window and complete interior repairs to install drywall, texture and paint. The demo of brick and window occurred on 5/29/23, exposing the exterior of our home and leaving interior raw and unfinshed. Attempt to complete ***** work for exterior brick did not occur until 6/27/23 and there was not enough brick to finish the job. **** has been unresponsive to my many attempts to contact him for a status and next steps. On 8/2/23 he did text that he would be onsite the following week 8/7 and 8/8 to complete the brick work, but never showed and has yet to respond to my additional attempts to contact him for updated status. There are other concerns that I have that I am raising to my city officials and potentially the state which I have also requested a response from ******************* on.
