They keep ignoring me. Account/order number: Attached in Pictures Very dishonest and unprofessional people. I went in on Saturday June 24th and bought 7 T1-11 wood panels. They showed me good ones and loaded other ones from another pile because "the forklift could not get to them". I asked to inspect the panels and **** said, "no need to since we inspect them when they come in". They loaded them with a forklift, very heavy boards by the way and when I got home, I found 4 damaged ones out of the 7 I purchased. Since then, I have been going back and forth with ****, *****, *****, and **** and no one has given me a refund yet. **** made up a story that his brother died and that he was going to be off for 3 days (I have proof text messages and recordings showing he was not off work, and he was lying). ***** said she will have the manager contact me and its been 4 days and hasnt heard from anyone. Now when I call and tell them it's me, they just put me on hold until I must hang up. I will never purchase from this place ever again. I wouldn't take a 99% discount from them. Even worse, I would not take anything from this place even if it was free. Very very very dishonest people, I can't stress that enough.

    This customer has never done business with ******************** ****** located at ***** ********************* in ******.  From the nature of his comments and the people that he dealt with, he went to The BOSS FTW located in ******************** (although no sales receipt/proof of purchase was provided).  These two businesses have seperate ownership.  We have been in contact with The BOSS FTW and they are working to get the situation resolved with the customer.  (Just as an fYI, the sales rep referenced in the complaint, ****, was indeed out of the office due to a death in the family, so there was no deception involved)

    I am rejecting this response because:  I spoke with *** at the ****** store, her phone number is ************. She referred me to the ********** store since she said both stores are "owned by the same person". I have been receiving phone calls from people at the store calling me names and harassing me because of the BBB review i posted about their store. In my 30 years of life including 8 years of military service, I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH PEOPLE. The amount of lies and disrespect towards their customers is unbearable. They want out of their way to call me at 2am, and harass me about this review. I am sure it was **** or someone that works at the store, but it was from a different phone number. There are many reviews on ****** with people dealing with the same issues with these people. All i wanted was a refund for the damaged material i purchased from them and they made a huge deal about it..... I am really not sure why... NO AMOUNT OF MONEY equals the amount of disrespect and stress they have caused me. I just want my money back at this point, I do not want to deal with these people. My review remains the same for the ****** and ********** store since I had a very bad experience at both. I will never visit any "The boss" locations ever in my life, that I can guarantee you...

    The customer has his money back and we will not be engaging with him or this complaint any further.  We have been in business for almost 15 years.  During this time we have built amazing relationships with our customers and vendors. Our team at The BOSS is the very best in the industry.   We wish this specific customer all the best, but we're a-ok he wont be shopping at any BOSS locations moving forward.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I have not received my money back yet. They have been avoiding me since they promised to issue me a refund. I called twice this week and they hung up on me. 

    you have not built an amazing business at all. Look at your ****** reviews and all the people you have scammed out of their hard earned money. Please issue my refund

    As I mentioned in my earlier response, we will not be engaging in this dispute or with this customer.   Customer filed a chargeback with his credit card.  The BOSS ******** did not dispute it.  He should have his money back.
