      Very poor customer service. After being a loyal customer for more than 30 years, ******** ******* Refused to help me acquire a new credit/Debit card Because My ID was expired by one year. I lost my card at the airport Traveling for Christmas. Our DPS is backed up here in ******. It is very hard to get an appointment. Its taking me months to get a new ID and many hoops to jump through. The last thing I expected was for my credit union to give me a hard time with an already difficult situation. There are many ways she could have verified my identity. I went to another branch and it took less than five minutes. I wont be going to that branch again, even though Ive been a Customer since it opened. ******** was Very rude and displayed a not my problem kind of attitude. It was such an easy resolution if she just taken the time to care.

      I've been with Advancial since 2014, at first using the branch in ******* and then moved to the branch in **** *****, when it opened a few years later. I continue to use the **** branch as these folks provide excellent service and are very professional, the Advancial Federal Credit Union team in **** ** is hands down the best - No 1 in my book.

      I've been with Advancial since 2015, they have been nothing but excellent. We are very pleased with them and especially the great customer service. They have been our first choice for financing and we now have 3 loans with them. I highly recommend Advancial Federal Credit Union.

      I have had 2 car loans with advancial. They were very helpful, and professional to ** during our loans. They had the best rates also. I will always go back to Advancial when I need another loan.

      I have banked with Advancial for 15+years. Their customer service is A+. They are professional and yet personable whether on the phone or in person. The ******** ** branch staff is Amazing! They keep me informed with any changes or fraudulent charges. They quickly resolved the issue. They have even provided me with letters when my account was hacked. I couldn't have found a better banking institutuon.

      I currently have 2 automobile loans through Advancial FCU. I have also used them previously for an automobile loan. They are very efficient and easy to work with. Their interest rate is better than most financial institutions. I completely recommend them.
