      I have been trying to communicate with this office since 12/18 in regard to a wrongful balance sent to a debt collector. I had a cleaning and a tooth extraction done back in 2019 or 2021 not sure. I paid my deductible $50.00 at the time of the visit be mindful i provider them my insurance 1 week prior to my appointment, 2 weeks later they call me advising they charge me incorrectly the balance on my account is $50.00 I ask why they are calling me 2 weeks later? The response i received was they didn't verify my insurance correctly so how is that my fault? I spoke with ****** multiple times who confirmed they did make a mistake and he would reach out to the billing department, never received a call back so I called back the next day ****** stated the billing department made an excuse and said they cannot write this balance off even though this was their mistake. So now I have a debt on my credit for $50.00 freaking dollars all because they did not verify my insurance correctly.
