    I am going through the implant process. This began in November 2022. I paid in full for 2 implants/bridge, a crown, and a deep cleaning. I went in for the initial procedure and was told I could not get two implants and a bridge. Doctor told me he would do the third with the bone build up after the two implants. I got the temporary teeth and they would not sit right. I had to come back in for them to give me a new one and even though it was better it still did not fit. I then returned for the cleaning. They forgot about the crown replacement and I had to bring my bill to prove I had paid for it. I scheduled the follow up to the implant 4 1/2 months later and they only had the crown, not the implants. Then the crown was not correct, so that had to be reordered. The new crown and implants finally came in, they told me I had an outstanding balance and had to wait for them to figure out they were wrong. When they took me back to put the implants in they ordered the wrong connection so the implants had to be reordered. I came in again, today (April 25) and their system is down so I still cannot get the implants put in. I have taken off so much work and feel completely insignificant and brushed off. I have been MORE than patient and understanding, but this is ridiculous.
