Customer received all services that he signed and agreed to receiving.

Back in March of 2024, customer disputed all credit charges citing "fraud" after receiving all goods and services from our company. Notice, that even his bank has sided with our company in all but one case.

Please see attached for his agreed upon payment plan,  program goods and services, and proof of card disputes.

This drg group invites you to listen to how bad diabetes is and they can reverse it. So you have to sign up to have a brief meeting with them where they discus their program and the cost. I find the $97 they charge to try to get you to join a program that is way to much for a person on a fixed income to afford. They should explain everything up front in there presentation instead of charging a $97 fee for them to get you to join this extremely costly program.

2/7/24 I interviewed with **** he stated about diet and exercise and the passed on to **** to do the money. Not once was it mention about any cancelation policy by either. He went through the procedure so fast stated sign you name on the line and put your initials on lines. I then received the link to the program in reading it I knew I could never do what they wanted I am 82 years old, and called immediately next day to **** 2 times and ************* 1. I emailed everyone to cancel no one returned my call or emails until 2/9 stating no refunds. I did received an email from ******************* stating please sign for you independent 3 month study which I refused and found out someone forged my initials.

    Business Response

    Date: 04/01/2024

It appears that the patient neglected to include the fine print of the contract she signed with us after we spent an hour going through her health history and coming up with a customized plan for her to be able to naturally get off of her diabetes medications.  We delivered all products that she ordered from us, as listed on her receipt.

She also disputed her credit card charge for her program package, and we recently found out that her bank also sided in our favor.

We could include her patient file her for further proof of our conversations, and her health goals that she expressed to us, but that would be a HIPAA violation.

I am rejecting this response because:   I did sign the form, all but one place which I would not. I asked them to cancel. They proceeded anywayI dont think it was a customized plan for me just what they offer and I was not on diabetic medication. All products were refused and returned.

they initially kept in contact with me via email, but as soon as they received their money all correspondence stopped. My bank is not in a position to go after and explained that.  So I had to pay.    I have not used one thing they offered.   I have no additional papers to send you.

    Regards

I do not have any additional information to send to you regarding above case.  I was hoping to stop this company from doing to other people what they did to me.  Yes I signed this but canceled immediately.  There so be some leeway on this.  I spent an hour discussing his 90 year old mother and other frivolous things. Very little about what I had to do to participate.   So I guess I have to accept the final answer, they are paid and that is that.   Thank you so much for your time
