    I was admitted September 27, 2023 at origins in ***********, **. When I arrived I was ask to pay $3000.00 dollars. I have found out after a week or so that most patients paid nothing or much less. I have a good insurance plan with BCBS Gold. Deductible paid earlier this year. I also had a $1000.00 in cash on me. I ask to have it back in cash when I left. ***** said she would get with the office and agreed. I left October 8th on. Sunday and they said they didn't have the money and would send me a check. It's been nearly a month and I've called about the check and inquired how I had to pay the $3000.00 and others did not. They also made me call BCBS with a scripted page to explain I had no other Insurance and she said they would get paid faster that way. I felt that was shady from the get go. The staff was very courteous but it didn't seem to be ran very well. I only got to speak with *** my counselor one time one on one as he wasn't there much. I felt short changed on that also. It was to be $30,000.00 billed to me insurance and then they still have the $4000.00 that came out of my pocket. Also I felt they lied to me as they wouldn't let me leave for 24 hours after written that I wanted to leave. I have the patient rights booklet with me and states they have to let me leave within 4 hours. When I spoke with another counselor about that they said well they do have to let me leave within 4 hours but tell everyone 24 so they can think about it before leaving. I felt they were money hungry and I felt they lie about the 4/24 hour departure rule. She said if I left which I'm 9 hours away I would not be able to have my phone and belongings until 24 hours where up. I had no way to make travel arrangements until the 24 hours were up and then felt basically kicked out. They actually kicked another person out the day prior and he was given a ride to the airport by a RA named ******. So with the airplane ticket that was another $500 plus a Uber ride charge. Check never arrive

    We were asked to provide a $7500 payment upfront. We used $ ****. We seek the refund of $2500 refund to be processed. It has been 47 days since we were told we would receive this refund. As of today I reached out again and asked to speak with ******************** , Director of Finance via Linkedin as the receptionsist would not transfer my call.. Please feel free to contact me directly @ ************
