      I had 2 sets of drapes destroyed. The manager admitted she was aware of the problem but when I picked them up they only notified me that 1 pair was destroyed. They charged me $400 for the second pair. When I hired an installer we opened them up and found them to be shredded. When I went back and talked to the manager they say they will only refund the dry cleaning charge. The waiver they require you to sign they say absolves them of any liability. So beware of any expensive items or large items. I am out the cost of replacing the draperies plus the installer I hired to hang them.
