    Date of transaction is August 18, 2023.I paid $156.99 for some smoking vapes.I wrote them on Sept 26, 2023 and emailed them on Oct. 7, 2023.They are refusing to give my money back in their devices.I tried several of them and immediately found myself with my head spinning and then blacked out. I ended ** in the ER.I can't send them their devices back because my house was robbed while I was away.Someone stole them from my home, so I have no way to send them back.There's something terrible in their vapes.I want my money back.

    This client placed an order online for 7 items from 5 different name brand reputable manufacturers on 08/18/2023.  Customer requested to cancel the order two days later on 08/20/2023.  We advised the client that the order has shipped, but they are welcome to return the entire order for full credit.  Customer sent a letter stating they were sick over one month later on September 26th.  We sent a return label the next day with instructions to return the product(s) for full credit.  Customer replied that their home had been robbed and the robbers had burgled their used vapes and therefore was not going to return any of the products they acknowledged they received and used over a month previously.  We sent the manufacturer's information and advised if she had any evidence their product had made her sick that they would be happy to investigate.  No further communications from the client after referring her to the manufacturer.  We also noted that these are some of the most popular brands in the country and there had been no other reports from any other customers experiencing the same thing.  Per our policy, we cannot refund a perishable/disposable device without a return, otherwise all customers would use the devices and ask for compensation without any proof of burden.

    I am rejecting this response because:   

    The manufacturer is not going to refund my money. The products made me very sick.

    There's something wrong with them.

    Blacking out is not a normal thing to happen with a vape device, neither is having your head spinning til you black out.

    My house has been robbed, which I have no control over. Lots of things are missing including their vapes so I can't return it.

    Please help me get my money back.
