On 11/26/22 I made a big purchase of two digital products totaling $1,494. One of the products was a course with a payment plan. I did not receive any material for that course and when I contacted customer ********************** I was told that there was a delinquency in payments. Therefore, my access is blocked until I make the full payment. The payment was for $997 and two additional payments of that same amount had been requested by the company. I have requested a refund on that product in February and again in April, simply because I can not afford it, and the customer ********************** team has refused a refund. In fact, the team coerced me to have more time to pay the full amount for a year access of the course once paid in full instead of issuing me a refund. This is not good business practice from the team. This is supposedly a multi-million dollar ********* based business with poor customer ********************** having a problem with refunding me $997. No product or material sent for the payment they took. Thats illegal. My multiple refund requests have been ignored which prompted me to create a complaint. The company is not honoring a refund and have no right to do that. I have made many other purchases from this company and had no issues receiving material before. I am requesting a refund for the Insta-Star course with Monetization Nation simply because I can not afford to dish out those additional payments and had no access to any material since I purchased it.

      Date: 05/28/2023

On 11/26/22 *********************************** purchased two digital products Insta-Star/ Insta-coin and $50k in a day. She paid in full for 50K in a day and agreed to a monthly payment plan of $997 for Insta-Star. ******** was granted access to her courses on 11/26/22 and we also sent an email with instructions on how to access the courses. ******** contact customer ********************** on 2/**/** because access to her account had been revoked and blocked due to being delinquent. ******** first scheduled $997 payment on 12/26/22 failed and we attempted to collect payment 3 additional times before we revoted access to her course. Adranna does not qualify for refund. Our 60-day action-based guarantee refund policy which states you have to try the program for at least 60 days to be eligible for a refund. As you can see from the attachments included ******** only completed 2% of the program.
