    On 3/13/24 I ordered exercise equipment from Only Fitness.shop website for $1,279.00. According to the shipping policy they have stated on their website ************************************ : "Order Processing Time:Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard ground shipping, which takes 3-4 business days to arrive. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products you order."After about 2 weeks and no shipping confirmation email, I sent a message through Contact Us form from their website. I sent multiple emails, but never received a response to any emails or the Contact Us form. I sent emails to each Only Fitness.Shop who I placed the order with and Passage Fitness who the loan company, Affirm paid. Both companies have the exact same looking website, with different names. I have received no response at all. I have called the phone number on the website during business hours, pressed 1 for sales, but the message says they are closed and hangs up. The other options on the phone call are to press 2 or 3, which just hangs the call up. I cannot get ahold of anyone, and they don't respond. I have never received the product ordered, and the loan company wants me to pay for the loan they paid to Passage Fitness for the product Only Fitness never shipped. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General against Only Fitness as I do believe this is a fraudulent company scamming people.
