    I am a student at 3d lash and brow academy and have felt that I've been taken advantage of. We don't have a teacher specifically for our program and I've been put on the floor with just three weeks of experience when they told us in orientation that we wouldn't be on the floor until we had a month of experience. Some students are also being put constantly on the floor, again without a teacher. kits where not worth the price that we paid for full course was 3500 which I paid because I thought I was going to LEARN something all of us have been learning from *******.

    I understand your frustration about not having a dedicated teacher for your program and being placed on the floor with limited experience. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. All programs, including Lashing, Cosmetology, Esthetics and Esthetic/Manicure require hands-on practice to develop the necessary skills.

    Regarding the course materials and the value of the kits, Im sorry to hear that you feel they did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide high-quality resources, and your feedback will help us improve in this area.  The full tuition has not yet been paid, as you are still an active student in the program.

    We want to make this right for you.  As you have completed more than 90% of your program, we are committed to ensuring you are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to be competitive in the Lash industry. We will discuss this in our parent conference with your dad on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 6pm.

    I enrolled in this school and paid $4000 for tuition for a program they provide. On the first day I had a health issue/medical emergency and had to leave after only a few hours. Due to my ongoing health issues I was not able to return and still am not able to return. I also paid for a kit which I understand is not refundable. On or about December of 2023 I realized that I was not able to return and asked for a refund. I was given many excuses over that past many months with unfortunately no resolution and no refund. I have called approximately a dozen times and was told they had a new system so they had to resolve that, then they said they were busy with tax season and now keep saying that Im not in the system. I have proof of payment. I need help getting my money back. I cant even get a return call back from the owner to resolve this matter. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

    We sincerely apologize for the severe delay in processing the refund in question. Due to recent staff changes, tax season, and various administrative duties associated with finance, this refund was not handled as promptly as it should have been.  Our goal is to provide timely and efficient service, and we understand how frustrating it can be when expectations arent met.

    We are pleased to inform you that the refund was processed. After fees associated with the program were deducted, in accordance with **** regulations, the refund amount was $1,674.43. Ms. ****** personally picked up the refund from our ****** location.

    Company sent refund check of $400. ould get an email within a few days. I again, heard absolutely nothing back. I called again Tuesday, Feburary 13, 2024 at 12:45pm and spoke to the same girl as the previous call who sent my information over and was then transferred to speak with *****. Once on the phone with her she said she had my information pulled up and could see my payment that was made, the one I'm still waiting for. She then apologized for the delay and stated that it was income tax season so it's been busy this has been an ongoing waiting process since June /July of 2023! I was told AGAIN that she's sending my information over to a man who would be the one to process it and *********** back to me and that I will be hearing something in 2-3 days. We are into the next week from that conversation, and nothing nor anyone has gotten back to me. I called again today 02/20/24 asking if I am getting my refund to which ***** stated she needed to process it AGAIN! WHICH SHE SAID LAST WEEK.

    I previously went to 3D lash and brow academy and ended up not finishing my hours with them to transfer to a school closer to me.. I paid them $6500 which was our agreement. I never signed anything that said $7500... so they are holding $1000 over my head saying I didn't pay the full amount... I have called time and time again but they are always so rude and would never send me the contract where I "signed" until recently they sent me a document with a FORGED signature... the signature clearly says "***********************" which isn't even my name... I have now completed school and trying to take my test but can't since I "owe" them $1000...

    Lash tech was nice but my lashes came off same day, they were completely gone the next day. I asked for volume and I got small length lashes, I dont even know why volume is listed as an option because the lashes I received werent even close to what I paid for. On top of that, I asked to get my eyebrows done. Showed them a picture of that I was requesting, two people confirmed it could be done but that was also a lie. I was told I could get a refund for both services on April 18th but I have yet to receive my money. Atmosphere was cool, the bed you lay on is very uncomfortable, but overall I dont think Ill recommend this business to anyone else.
