Well *** & his professional work was a breath of fresh air. The honesty was beyond a level I have seen from so called other foundation companies they fake, lie & pretend they know what they are doing. You want the truth? You want honesty? you want to trust the company that will do the work on your home? I would suggest you only use ************* Foundation repair. *** THANK YOU!!!! 1 starThey came out upon request from our Builder and measured—it took over a month to get my results back. Our builder—Pulte (poor quality builder) said the measurements weren’t large enough to support a lift at that time!! We had cracks in ceilings and walls and doors that didn’t close and baseboards that were separating from the floor. They said it was under 3†and it must be over 3†to do a lift! I read the report and one side was up +2.5 and the other fown -1.5 which totals 4â€!! They were trying to get around paying for another one! I had my own engineer come out and measure and he found our foundation was over 5 inches of a drop. So, Pulte did our lift and put 55 piers under my home with a sump pump and lifted it 12â€!!! Now, I’m having issues and Advanced will not return my messages and neither will Pulte. It’s a lifetime warranty on the foundation too. Another thing they did was cut 3 large rectangular holes in our garage to lift too. When we purchased this NEW HOME, we had our garage floor coated with a polyurethane and Pulte said they would not redo this because we had this done after we closed on the home—how stupid are they—I couldn’t have had this done until I closed on the house!!Review fromBlake B

1 starWe hired *******************, a dba of Advance Foundation Repair (AFR) to completely reroute our sewer lines under the house because the existing cast-iron sewer lines were collapsing. We received their estimate late April of 2021 and even though it was high it was lower than the other quotes we received, plus Arch Foundation, another dba of AFR also held the foundation repair warranty on our house, but due to several pandemic setbacks we had to put off repairs. Fortunately though, our contact and representative at AFR was the owner, ************ who said the estimate was good for one year. Well, one year later we finally acquired financing for the quoted amount and were ready start repairs, however, ************ had sold AFR and retired, but he assured us the original quote would still be honored. On June 6, 2022, they started work and almost immediately began to s**** me on the costs. On day one I was told by the ******* that the estimate did not include connecting our new rerouted sewer lines all the way to the city sewer lines, which would cost me an additional $4300. Really! Then 2 weeks in I was told they must chip-out the lead toilet flanges on all three toilets and install PVC flanges because of building codes. The cost would be $1500/per toilet, totaling $4500, also not included in the estimate. This amount was actually $300/per toilet more than they (AFR dba, *******************) had just recently charged my mother for the same rerouting of her sewer lines, also not included in her estimate as well. This was A TOTAL SCAM since I had pulled one toilet to aid them during their original inspection and they could clearly see the existing lead ******, not to mention, the age of the house. In addition, they destroyed our front sidewalk costing me $3000 to redo, they also damaged 2 fence gates, my sprinkler lines, killed almost all my grass, and removed too much dirt leaving several sinkholes in my front yard. Advanced Foundation lies right to your face. Frank C****, showed up to my house to supposedly discuss the entire process of the leveling of my home. Didn't happen. He spent less than 5 minutes telling me how great the company was, in business for 100 years, has 10 patents and never has had to advertise. We stood in my yard right where we had a break in our sewer line that a previous plumber had told me broke most likely from my house shifting and pulling on the line causing a break on a bend. Frank of course told me not to worry about that, it would be taken care of. Plumbing breaks are expected. Of course this was before the contract was signed. After the house was raised and leveled, The plumbers came out to do their repairs on the broken pipes but didn't have any knowledge of the broken pipe that was in my yard and didn't have a repair order for that section of pipe. I called advanced foundation and talked to Ashley G***** who told me don't worry about it. Frank C**** must have forgotten to tell her about that but they'll take care of the repair. I was later told that there repair was not covered. I contacted the main office in Dallas and sent them the recorded phone conversation that I had with Ashley. I was basically told that Ashley doesn't know how to do her job and she shouldn't have told me that it would be covered and they will not be covering the repair. I guess that goes for Frank C**** also. I also had complaints of their workers not showing any respect for my neighbors and even piling dirt on one of my neighbors sides against his house blocking his gate which you could not used to get in-and-out of his backyard for over a week. Also leaving a trail on my other neighbors property on the other side of the house. A porta potty was left in my front yard for 6 days with no workers working and causing complaints from my neighbors and visit from an HOA member telling me I could be fined for this act.Advanced Foundation Repair, LP
