At the very least ******** B***** needs to be fired, but Evergreen Funeral Home needs to be taken over by more adequate owners. This is the type of staff that makes you see why successful businesses don't hire certain classes of people.

Starting with the receptionist, the staff gives wrong information and takes no responsibility for their screw-****

The only person who had compassionate energy was *************, but she was not our funeral director, *********************** was. ******** didn't communicate with anyone. She didn't answer e-mails at all and it was clear she didn't even read the emails.

I sent these lazy people all the files I wanted used in the program and they paid no attention to the instructions.

*************************, the person in charge of the obituary didn't put a poem I wanted dedicated my father on the obituary even though I sent the file. He said he was going to make one and send it to me, but you can't correct that mistake because we only have one day to lay my Dad to rest.

I have much more to say and I will be saying it to the news reporter that I have a meeting with tomorrow because no matter how long it takes, I will make sure they have consequences for s******* over people.

Update: Looks like *********************** checks email if she thinks the person is important enough because when I sent this review that got to the big bosses she responded immediately. Too late, though.
