    We are so very sorry that we chose this place to have our son's memorial and cremation. The place had a very bad smell, Sandra ***** nor her staff performed the duties that were listed in our contract until we appeared in person the morning of our son's memorial, with candles, and carpet spray. There was no table as promised until we insisted on it being set up as we were promised. We paid for the entire service before the memorial service. The light where the guess book was supposed to be placed was not working. The staff do not return calls, nor do they send e-mails; it took a number of e-mails and phone calls in order to find our if our son's body had been received by them. I was so very very disappointed in the way the entire matter was handled. We were transferred back and forth to various staff members, and even Sandra ***** herself told my husband that she was call him back SHE NEVER DID! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS PLACE! SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO ACROSS THE STREET!!
