    The order was placed Sunday on June 11 2023 at at 2:33 pm. 70" OG Throne Silver/Gray velvet ******** x 1 $795.00 Subtotal$795.00 Free Shipping$0.00 TOTAL$795.00 The 1st chair was sent with missing velvet on the front seat. The company wanted to give me money off and I said no, and told them I want the chair without damage. So the company agreed to send another chair. The 2nd chair also had damage to the frame showing a large chip, missing paint, and 2 small slashes on the right side of the armrest, including a nailhead that's tucked deeper than the other side of the armrest and 3-4 nails showing through the paint, I was told by the company that the chairs are handmade so basically, to accept it and stop complaining. The driver himself, **** told me he wouldn't have accepted that chair himself and he called the company telling them about the damages. **** that works for the company told the driver, ****, to bring back the chair. I only expected the company to look over their merchandise before sending out to me, and expected another chair in the near future to be sent to me. I also took pictures and refused the chair in that condition.I was told that I received a full refund because they didn't have any other chair to send me and their next shipment was going to come in August. So I checked my bank account only to find that this company withheld $159.00 for restocking fees. I contacted the company by phone, text, and email with no success until the next day I received a call from them and they hung up, then I got an email and text message saying the shortage of money was because of restocking fees. I was told they determined that the 2nd chair was in perfect condition and I just refused it. All I wanted was an undamaged chair sent to me, so not only did they waste my time, they took unauthorized restocking fees on damaged goods. I want my refund back of $159.00 this company is stealing money, under the lines of restocking fees without any notice!
