    I've been a loyal United fan, member number ESV58319. But after this experience, United has become very distasteful to me.On the night of October 12, I bought tickets for myself and my cousin at united for the next day (booking number: ECQ72V, EC4WWT) and prepared to fly to ******** together to attend my sister's wedding. When we started to go into the airport to print out our boarding passes, go through the security check, and get ready to board the plane, the staff suddenly told us that our reservation was canceled, and yes the flights weren't canceled. Everyone got on the plane, just the two of us were told our reservation was canceled and we couldn't board the plane. We were told that our reservation was canceled and we couldn't board the plane. We missed my sister's wedding and the balance of $400 dollars that I used in the travel bank to make the reservation has not yet been refunded to me. As a huge united fan, I am very angry. Never had such a disappointing experience to have our booking canceled the moment we were about to board the plane and refused to refund, I need to file a complaint. Now I already got $150 refund, but United still owned me $250, I want United to proceed the rest of money to my United travel bank account. Now I can't find the travel bank cash screen either, so refunding my travel credit is fine. Also, I booked four other tickets at the time (4 of $223.9 transactions), and so far only two have been refunded, and there are two other $223.9 charges from my chase card that have yet to be refunded to me.

    The complaint letter mailed to us is addressed to United. We are **********************, Attorneys At Law.  I believe you have mailed it to the incorrect company since we do not sale any sort of tickets.
