    I purchased a necklace Monday 7/17/23 for $5216.50, The reason I am upset with my purchase is because I was told by the salesman that if I financed the purchase I wouldnt have to pay the sales tax.Today is Tuesday 7/18/23 I called the financing company and was told that if I didnt pay my loan off in the first 100 days I would owe a total of $12,828.60 and the total loan would end up costing $19,267.56 this made me feel sick to my stomach. So I paid my loan off in full today because this finance company is just way to shady and expensive and I cant believe Buckner Gold is in business with them. I was told that I would have to pay the sales tax and a $50.00 buy out fee contradicting what the salesman told me the only reason I financed was to save the sales tax I dont need to finance I have money to pay for my purchase I also wasnt told about the $50.00 early buy out, the salesman did tell me that the interest fees were high and I needed to pay off the loan in the first **************************************************************************************************** $84.00 and i ended up paying $525.00 more than what I was led to believe by the salesman this caused me a lot of frustration I only started shopping at Buckner Gold a few months ago and in 3 separate purchases I have spent $13,400 and also spent more money on jewelry repairs I spent more money than what I needed to spend because I was misled by the salesmen and i should be refunded the application fee and early buy out fee that was charged by the finance company the store says its was just missundetstanding and that they will correct the salesmen but I believe this is they way they conduct their business
