    They resealed our marble countertops and after 4 weeks they are back to looking terrible. We have reached out to them but have had no response in working this out with us. They have been a disappointment in their response and their work.

    Marble is a soft stone that is susceptible to acid etching and scratches. We go to great lengths to ensure that our customers are aware of what causes acid etching and scratches and the best ways to prevent it to maintain the stone after the service. Sealers do not prevent either of these issues from occurring, we explained this when we discussed the process to restore their countertops and it was reiterated by ************** at the time of service. It was confirmed that they were informed about this when we spoke on the phone 2 weeks after we completed the service. We offered to come back and re-do any areas that had been etched for free, but they declined our offer.
