    I left a review on there business profiles on ****** and yelp, but the reason I would like to report them to you specifically is for Negligence and Predatory business practices.There were countless times I tried to convey to them certain information, and it was completely ignored. One count of this I have attached, a screenshot of an email. The other issue is they work in a sort of world where revisions and changes are likely going to be asked for. And they openly express asking for revisions, and other such practices. Only to find out they have a specific clause in their terms and conditions that saves them from any responsibility of a refund once the customer has asked for one, if they ever asked for any sort of revision. I am not sure how this is legal, if it is, that is sad. But I believe they just put that in there to scare people away from even bothering to report them. I have also attached an example of this that was sent directly to me by them.Considering the business they are in, and how much the expressed getting a revision is okay, this is very shady business practices and hopefully something changes. I appreciate your time and effort. Thank you.
