      I would give zero stars if it was available. I am currently on a prescription for Humira, but my insurance has switched insurance for prescription medications and I now must move to a bio similar. I was contacted by ********************* at PaydHealth to fill out a form that would help to offset my $100 copay for a specialty medication. I then received a second email with a four page document detailing several items that I need to sign off on. 1) I had to sign off to release all and any protection to any health privacy laws concerning my health information. Stating that if I did not sign it would not affect my ability to get treatment but that I would have to pay for it in full on my own and my insurance would not cover any of it regardless of having only a $100 copay.2) I was to send in all income verification of anyone in my household over the age of 18 or again I would have to pay in full for my medication.3) the document states that I was certifying that I in fact could not afford my medication and was applying for assistance. But, I have insurance that I pay for, I only have a $100 copay. I have zero problem paying the copay. But I have been told that I must submit all the above, sign the forms or I will have to pay for my medication in full on my own. Not only is this a scam on the ************** to get them to pay out for assistance that is not needed, but a complete over reach on requesting income verification. I wonder how many consumers sign these documents because they need their medication to arrive in a timely manner and are intimidated by the overall cost when their insurance companies threaten to not pay out when in fact they only have a copay.

      If I could , I would given them zero stars. They are tied with our insurance as an alternate funding program. They are a complete joke They do not help whatsoever for humira. Because of them I'm screwed ** ****** keeps viewing them as my alternate funding program that is linked to my insurance. That is why my humira app got denied not once but twice. Mind you I had been with there patient assitance for 3 years prior to this going down. I'm very unhappy and wish they are not even tied with my rx plan.
