    Bought my house in a association managed by Advanced Association Management 4 months ago. To date I have no received any of the material promised in the *** guidelines. I have no contact info besides what I can find, no email or portal access. As a result, I do not have access to the facilities in my neighborhood. I have called *************************** upwards of 30+ times a week and have never once had a phone call picked up. The same goes for everyone else in the office as I have tried the other extensions to the same affect. If the management company cannot complete simple tasks, I'm worried about the circumstance in which they actually have to do work. For $250 a month, I'm going to do my best to make sure this management company loses business with this association.

    Property was sold Nov 30th. *** has charged my account for 239 dollars for december, and has still not refunded me. as of Feb 5th. on January 23 i've reached out to them again about my refund and about a payment for HOA fees that came in the mail for more HOA payments. They said they were out most of December and were still within their time frame. So I gave them another 2 weeks, and I am still without a refund for incorrect payment and I've had to also contact my bank to place a stop payment order for 30 dollars from this HOA. They have either not billed the new buyers for December, or have received payment from both parties and are sitting on other people's monies that do not belong to them.
