      Vitas Healthcare is the most irresponsible, lack of respect and horrible customer service I have ever experienced.I am in hospice in my living room on Vitas bed. On the weekends, they have a skeleton crew and they have left me lying in p*** three times. Ive had it with the level of empathy and disrespect Vita provides to me. Nobody wants to take any accountability at Vitas and I am in the search for another hospice service other than this **** company.

      They do not care for your loved ones at all. And the staff is very rude and lack empathy! The woman in charge *****, she said the most cold hearted thing to my mother in regards to my dad just so we can move him down to their department. She told my mom to remarry. My parents were married for 51 years! Who would say such a cold hearted thing to a wife that is losing her husband, her best friend! The other residents there were not taken care of. I witnessed firsthand. You can hear the patients down the hall and next door with no staff checking on them. Their dr is a cold man. I was able to stay 24/7 with my dad and went through h*** to get that accommodation. But please I beg you to not use Vitas.
