    On Monday, November 25, 2024, I contracted with AJL Services / ****** ****** to complete an independent appraisal on our home property as part of All State's Appraisal process on my home claim #**********. On November 25, 2024, I paid AJL Services / ****** ****** $1,623.75 for this service. ***** ***** is the All State Adjuster assigned to our claim now through the appraisal process and can be contacted at the following email address to confirm our home claim: ********************************************************* Please note that **** ****** was my initial or original adjuster on the same claim prior to going into the Appraisal Process with ***** *****. I mention this because I show a documentation going to **** providing him an Estimate of Damages and Appraisal Demand, which is required by my All State insurance policy.On December 12, 2024, ****** ****** sent me an email message recusing himself of the appraisal process for reasons un-stated. I have a copy of that email. I am simply wanting a refund of the $1,623.75 because he never completed the appraisal process. I have attempted to contact him on multiple occasions for payment, and he keeps giving me the excuse that "the check is in the mail". To date, I have not received my refund for AJL Services / ****** ******. Since then, I have had to hire an alternative appraiser to push the appraisal process forward with All State. Again, I am just wanting a refund of $1,623.75 for the monies I paid with no appraisal services completed. I have notified All State of AJL Claim Service / ****** ******** decision to recuse himself from my appraisal. Please advise on any assistance you can provide to get my refund. Thank you for your review and consideration.

    AJL Claim Service / ****** ****** has refunded the full amount of $1,623.75 to me and his check has cleared my bank institution.  Please close out this claim or case number with the BBB.
