    My business had strange issue with Pedison USA. I was referred to this company by friend and business associate, he knew the company and who operates it. This is a Minority Business, and from the first ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** a couple of places like ******** and another and taking calls, text and emails for theses said items. One item had been sold and I explained to the gentleman and he stated to me do not sell anything else and call your employees and tell them the company be reset to reopen. I followed this gentleman's request and did as such. Call my lenders I do business with, my attorney, advertising agencies etc.. This gentleman invited me to his office the very next day and an additional 2 hours in his conference room and I remained very clear of the companies situation. He came out to see my business location and seem to be in a bit of a hurry and only saw the downstairs. Again, a solid yes I see no problem getting your business set up before the end of ****. **** came and went and no communication until I found out he was out of the country. I did make contact with him to a number he said he uses when out of country. Once again talking positive but then no more communication. We met around **** 10th, it's 8/23/24 and to no avail. Bottom line, my business is worse off because two more months has passed since our first meeting all he has done is put me off over and over. I gave him several opportunities to simply say I can't do it so this business goes on. But to this very moment, he remains quiet and no respect for my business but I respected his words. I did not expect him to embarrass me or my business when saying call and tell them we will be opening. In my business we do not do such a thing, we explain Adverse Action. IT'S WRONG TO TREAT BUSINESSES IN SUCH A MANNER, ESPECIALLY IN THESE TIMES. BE CAREFUL

    This company's team are excellent and well versed in corporate finance, they took their time to sort things through and put my business back on track- on the driver's seat, if though I hesitated at the initial stage because I couldn't find enough information or reviews about the company- **** of America run me around for over 9 months before mentioning I came in contact with Pedison USA **** thank you ************************ and the rest team for saving my business- **************
