I paid for a monthly membership to their location in *********, **. They started having staffing issues and was always closed during the hours they were supposed to be open. In February and March of this year I contacted the Rockwall location as they were the only ones who ever answered the phone. They stated that they would cancel my account ($99 per month) and told me that the owners were having difficulty staffing the Mansfield location. They took my phone number and said they would have the owner call me back. No one has called to date. I've messaged all locations via their ******** pages. The ********* and ******* location phone numbers have been disconnected.

TODAY I went inside an IV Vitamin Drip bar to purchase a drip to boost my immunity. I had booked an appointment on line. I went inside and asked the "nurse" there what was in a specific drip. These drip bags are filled with fluids electrolytes and vitamins, such as vitamin C, Zinc and B vitamins. It means putting a needle in ones arm to render the vitamins. When I asked the "nurse" at the front desk what and how much vitamins were in the drip he said he was not allowed to reveal because of the "competition". I was stunned. I then asked are you a registered nurse? He said yes. I said so let me get this straight - you and this company are going to put a needle in my arm and not tell me what you are putting my arm and how much? And you are saying this is the company policy correct? He said yes. I then asked DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS IN THESE DRIPS? And he said yes. I told him then and there that I would be calling the office and sending email complaining that is unethical and a bad company company policy and that clearly a customer has a right to know what and how much of each vitamin they are putting in their arm. I then called the main office for this company which is in Addison, TEXAS. I spoke with someone on the phone who also said "they were not allowed to tell me how much of each vitamin is in these drips"....I again said so you mean to tell me that I should trust that you are putting a needle in my arm and you wont' tell me what is in that bag of vitamins. I am sending fraud here. I asked her if the person working there is a registered nurse and asked for proof that he is a registered nurse as well. I sense fraud and think someone should look into this. I do vitamin drips at other locations, HOUSTON, LOS ANGELES, NEW YORK, AUSTIN and have never been denied that information .
