    I had a very stressful situation and nobody in my industry was proficient to the degree necessary to answer my issue regarding a difficult stone to legitimize. His peers in his field all said ***** was the one who could do what no others would be able to. It was a time-sensitive, and highly emotional task I threw at him and he took it personally. On a human level- not transactional. He would not take the first answer that seemed pretty clear which he could have easily taken. He spent ample time with me, exhausted every method he had been trained to rule out any alternative possibilities and brought peace back to my heart. He could have charged me the sun and the moon but he was more than fair in price and far above and beyond in service, empathy, integrity, and overall professionalism. I will always be thankful for treating me and my situation as if he was personally vested and not just a transaction. Love to you and your team. Forever grateful
