      We bought a watch in their ******** store ****** today around noon on January 09, and somehow we wanted to return it in a few hours and get a full refund at the store, before we went back to the store, we went to the tax return office applied for a tax refund because we are leaving the country on the 11th Jan, they stamped on the invoice no return or exchange due to the tax refund, we went back to the tax refund office and they acknowledged and wrote on the invoice Customer didn't get tax refund and crossed out on the stamp where says no return or exchange, but the store manager still didn't want to refund the watch, he said he would pass it to their attorney to handle our return request, and told us to wait for the attorney's phone call. We don't have time to wait, tomorrow the 10th is our last day in town and we have got the other appointments setup, we need a confirmation we will get a full refund tomorrow when we make it back to the store before noon on the 10th of January.Tte price we paid for the watch was $11,000 + ****** tax total $11,******.       It is my understanding that this issue has been settled. The customer presented us an invoice that was stamped by the tax-free shopping office as non-refundable due to the customer's having received their sales tax refund already. We checked with Tax-free shopping and learned they had stamped the invoice in error and we refunded the customer's money. The customer did not want to wait for us to confirm this information.
