      We closed on our new home with Shaddock Homes in May. Landpro is the vendor that is responsible for the grading and draining. Since then we have had draining issues that all the water would run out to our garage. Landpro came out to look and determined it was over watering that was to blame for the issue. We were told to lessen the watering. We did and waited a few more weeks . The water never stopped. Then we were told it must have been the neighbors' overwatering. So the shaddock's warranty rep Michael reached out to the neighbors to ask them to lessen their watering. After a few more weeks, that still didn't stop the constant water trickling. We drove around the neighborhood and not a single house in the entire community and nearby communities that has their front yard is being flooded constantly.

      Now it's almost winter and no one is watering, the issue didn't go away. Our front garage is literally constantly wet with a stream of trickling water. The recent rain has exasperated it and the soil all eroding and causing our garage to be a mud house. I asked as to what the next step would be and Michael said Landpro will come out to move the drain further out to the street so our yard/garage won't be flooded all the time. It's been almost 4 weeks since, Landpro has not come to fix this issue. Every week I follow up, response was Landpro too busy and prioritizing new builds and closings. I understand they want to put prospective customers first but they need to honor their warranty when issues arise.
