    I don't recommend working with ***** and her crew if you have a small budget like ours - $5K. Scope of the project was the front yard redesign and replant only after new driveway install (without irrigation or hardscape)Design consultations were provided via Zoom by associate who never visited the site and had to ****** the plants to address all questions. Plant warranty was not covered in the original estimate and was presented only in final invoice putting us 15% over agreed budget. Soil prep was not included in the original design and had to be requested causing additional budget increase. Bad project management resulted in plants delivery in inclement weather in ****** and required install next day to salvage the plants not covered by warranty. Plants got rotten in the planters in 6 weeks because drainage holes were left closed.... ***** promptly sent to the crew to fix the planters but did not find time to do the second inspection of her project to ensure no more serios installation mistakes had been made. 3 months after the install, 100% of installed grass is dead. 50% of plants are struggling due to either not enough sun or too much sun. Very disappointed on the after install support. Everything is continuously blamed on the weather condition, however no risk were discussed with us as clients prior to install or waver executed due to install in the inclement weather.
