    I bought a package of 7 microneedling with RF and teeth whitening. Ive used 2 microneedling sessions leaving me 5 left along with my teeth whitening. Apparently, now the company has new owners but the name remains the same. I called to make an appointment to start my micro needling and they told me that it has expired. When I used 2 services in 2020 and I bought it in 2016, so clearly theres not a 12 month period where it expires. I called numerous times, left voicemails and texted and I havent got anybody to respond back. I would like either my remaining amount that I paid or I would like the remaining services. This place is not professional, when I have been trying to contact them and try to get a solution.
