      It's a total scam. Their website looks super misleading. I didn't even know I was being charged 319 dollars for a free service that the *** offers. When I realized this, I tried to call them, but nobody answered; you could only leave a message. This is a scam, especially when they set it up to look at the ***, just like a government website.

      the Website is misleading and now they have my personal information. they are scam and they need to be taken out of business. I thought I was paying $319 to the *** directly. I am requesting for refund, and I think they just stole my money.

      Im filing this complaint because I mistakenly put my information into this website. I hate the fact that this fake website has sensitive data on me. Will call them to remove my account and hope they get shut down.

      Their site in now way mentioned that they were not affiliated with the *** and did not give me any other option than to pay $319 only to learn this. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of folks. I was applying for an EIN for my deceased son, which hard enough to deal with, let alone having companies take advantage of us in distress.
