      A few months ago I started receiving bills from ******* about a medical bill. I went to one of their urgent care centers in *****, ** after breaking my hand on the job. My supervisor went with me and signed the paperwork for the company, ******************, to pay for my treatment. As I am now retired I have no idea whether the bill has been paid by **** or not and why this bill is following *** was not the guarantor for the treatment. Also, **** paid all my other bills and I believe this bill may not have gotten paid as it was sent out late??? I only started getting this bill a few months ago and the injury happened in November of 2022. The bill is not my obligation and I want them to stop threatening me with collection, they can threaten Ecco all they want. I believe they are just coming after me, the little guy because Ecco hasnt paid them.

      As the attached document shows, I paid the $320.00 bill which originally appeared on the ************************* portal. However, Payments MD continue to send an ever higher bill continuously. I phoned them re same and they requested that I send proof of same, which I did, which is the same as what is attached. But they still continue to send those bills

      This is a follow-up to my last complaint. I was called and was told that Summit Medical would look into all my payments. I have not heard anything in a long time and continue to get bills. Everything has been paid. I think I have actually overpaid and they won't stop. I'm getting to the point where I am going to hire a lawyer. I have paid everything! I gave all the check numbers to the person I spoke to.

      You can close this complaint. I just paid them. It was easier than fighting forever on this.

      I received a bill via e-mail from *************************************************************************************, on October 4th, and the hard copy of that **** arrived in the mail October 10th. I called on October 4th to discuss the bill and to provide insurance information and wasnt allowed to leave a message. The automated message stated business hours and to call within those hours. I called during business hours on October 5th and was sent to a voicemail when I chose the billing option over the phone. I left a detailed message with my name, phone number and claim number. After not receiving a callback- I again called ********************************* on October 10th, and October 18th, all three times providing my name, phone number and that I have to discuss a billing issue. It is impossible to discuss anything when no one from this organization calls you back. They provided the phone number in their e-mail as ************ which sends the caller to automated prompts and finally to a voicemail. The phone number provided in the hard copy of the bill- ************ just rings out with no one picking up the call at all.
