      I received a bill in late November ( Account # ********** dated **/**/2023 from Sanoran Radiology in the amount of $2,325.00 for services received on 11/09/22. This was the first and ONLY bill that I have received from Sanoran Radiology. I have called their offshore billing office twice, the representative insists that my insurance, ******** ******* and BCBS ******* have denied this claim. ( dates of denial- 12/15/22, 9/29/23, 10/31/23, 9/8/23, 9/29/23).I have spoken to ******** ******* more than once, including supervisory staff who have repeatably said that this claim was NEVER presented to ********. I spoke with BCBS, and they do not act on claims until after ******** does, and this claim was not received by ********. After a year, ******** will not accept claims, and this claim is over a year old.I feel that this bill is an error on Sanoran Radiology's part and should be written off. I have contacted them on the phone as well as by mail, not receiving results.I appreciate your assistance on my behalf.I can send a copy of this bill if necessary, I am unable to download.*************************************

      I had to go to the hospital for certain tests and I knew I was going to be billed for the services. My complaint is I received a bill and I called because there was no way I could pay the full amount all at once. I spoke with a person and was told I could make payments. I have been making my payments every month. However, the last amount they stated they received was in December of 2022, which is interesting since my bank showed they processed the payments for Jan 2023 and Feb 2023 as well. When I call I am given the run around from people who have a very heavy accent. I am not sure if the business is in another country or not. They ask for the confirmation number which I provided for each amount and state they cannot find where the payment was made. Yet like I said the amount was taken out of my bank account. I was told I needed to take a screen shot, which I did, and submit it to their business email, which I did and it would take 3-5 business days to be resolved. It is now going on almost a month and it still says it has not posted to their company. When I called back again and spoke to a lady she was less than helpful and I was told to wait another ***** days for them to review. I still owe money, but I am hesitant to pay because I doubt this is actually I legitimate business at this point.

      I was hospitalized in July 2021 for pancreatitis and gall bladder removal. In July of 2022, I received a bill from ************************** a ******** of ******* Radiology with all of these services and cost and what was billed to insurance and each one said that insurance payment was made to patient/subscriber which this never happened. I contacted both insurance companies I had at that time in 2021 and neither had any record of this claim. I contacted the ****************** by phone and they had billed insurance incorrectly saying they used the wrong ID number. I was told this would be taken care of and this would be resolved. I have not received any further communication from then until now February 2023. I received a bill from them again dated January 25, 2023 with no adjustments made but a threat to be turned over to collections. This seems illegal to me and unfair and unjust and is surprise billing.

      We have recently been billed for services supposedly rendered on March 21, 2021. We have contacted the company with no resolution. They simply say we owe them $433.48. We have no way of knowing if this is legitimate or not, but it is assuredly an unacceptable Length of time between services and billing.
