    As many people already mentioned, they will send a collections agency to collect from you.The biggest problem is that I got my first bills 1.5 years after the service. And now I got one for a service 2.5 years ago. I don't even know if they are double-billing me or what. I got two bills for the same service date but with different amounts. Which amount do I pay?Their phone number rings busy. Their email address bounces back with undeliverable.Is this a scam? I already made a few payments and I am afraid they will be collecting from me each year for the rest of my life.

    Virus Geeks is perhaps the worst business Ive ever dealt with. They advertise free COVID tests, but theyll charge you for it anyway. They dont have a billing department, so theyll send all their bills to a collection agency, *****************************************************. Ive called Virus Geeks and asked for a bill in the mail, which they cannot provide. They ask you to send a check to a PO Box, but they cannot send you a receipt. ************************* will send you the bill, but they will call you and harass you until they cash the check, even after youve already written them a check and mailed it in. If you need a COVID test, find another company!

    Same experience as Dong and ****. Best case scenario is they are just lazy and dont bill. Worst case scenario is its a scam.

    Can you give negative stars? I have never received a bill from virus geeks and don't believe I have ever received testing from them that was not covered by the government. They apparently sent my information directly to a debt collector.

    Absolutely Zero Star. They have not sent any bills to me and they sent all the bills directly to a debt collector. I called their customer servce. They said that they do not send any bills to their customers so they sent my bills to the debt collector. They said that I should talk with the debt collector. Very frustrating.

    A warning to all who go through testing with Virus Geeks. Apparently, they submit paperwork for payment to your insurance company in a manner that your insurance company will send the payment check to you. You are then supposed to write a check to Virus Geeks. You will never get a bill from Virus Geeks, but you will get a notice from a collection agency stating that you owe Virus Geeks the amount identified. There is no information provided to you at the time of testing that this is how their process works. When I spoke to the agency, they told me that they're hearing this complaint from everyone who has received a notice. You would think that this business would realize there is a problem with their process.
