    **********, ***** location has long history of incompetent receptionists. Will not return phone calls, never answer calls directly. Now, am experiencing difficulty with "billing department". They have changed my copay from $25 to $40 (no insurance changes on my end). I am unable to make a payment due to the increase in copay, and I certainly won't give them my card info so they can take whatever they please. I've phoned the official billing telephone number for two (2) days straight. After a lengthy wait, the recording says "There is no one available to take your call." For 2 days?!?!?! I sent an email to the billing email address. Guess what --- No response!!! Seriously, it is no wonder why this business model is unable to hold onto it's professional mental health employees. I feel sorry for the employees as (1) they have no guidance or (2) they are working for dollar-hungry crackpots that need their own therapy.
