    On March 29th 2023 my company ***************** SA de CV (mexican entity) made a parcial payment of Invoice # ***** of $ ***** USD to my supplier Dart Marketing & Distributors, ***** for disposable adult diapers.On April 10th a second additional payment was made as a complement for the amount of $ 450 USD for a Total of $ **** USD On April 25, 2023, the company ***************************************** sends to my customs broker "Camili / **********" in ****** ***** the requested purchase, with a quantity of diapers less than that already paid previously, for which invoice ***** was modified to a total of $5929.16usd, of all this we have the appropriate documentation, customs declaration and invoices.Without any problem, on April 26, 2023, the company Dart Marketing made the return of $1171usd corresponding to said transaction.The problem emerge on April 28, 2023 when my customs broker Camili ********** located in ****** ***** proceeded to inspect the truck, realizing that almost half of the merchandise around ****lbs was garbage/scrap disposable diapers. At that time, I contacted ******************************, a representative of Dart Marketing, to discuss what happened without receiving a response from her until the next day. I sent her photos and evidence of what was said. For her part, when giving an answer, she does not provide a solution to this problem, since I cannot import said scrap merchandise, it is not what I bought.My request is for Dart Marketing & Distributors to refund me the money for the ****lbs of scrap and also to take charge of the total expenses in the customs broker agency since this error on their part is generating daily storage charges and later destruction of said material.
