5 starsI strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a home consider Supreme Lending for financing. They accomplished in two weeks what another lender said would take six weeks. ***************************** kept me informed on the status of my loan application throughout the process and I am very glad that I chose Supreme. ??????????Review fromSamantha K

5 stars****** was wonderful! She was very helpful with any question I had and made sure to let me know that she was available by phone or email anytime. She answered on weekends if I had questions and was more than willing to breakdown costs for us on several homes. She made sure I understood all payments prior to signing and informed me why anything changed in regards to closing. This was a second time buying a home and it was great to have her be so helpful. I would definitely reccomend her in the future.Review fromPatricia E

I wish I had negative zero star to give supreme. The WORST lender you can ever deal with. Dare at your own peace. They don't keep to their words, their loan officers will play you to higher interest rates just for their own benefit and commissions. They will sell your loan multiple times without notifying you. Manipulate you into paying higher than you initially told them where you want to be. Our loan officer lied he will match our interest rate if we were able to beat their rate, we did. He waited till the day of closing to send our CD after we have waited for days he claims they were still working on it. Poor communication, terrible services overall. I will NEVER recommend SUPREME to anyone in my lifetime.Supreme Lending

****** ******** SUPREME LENDING I had been very honest, diligent and patient to Supreme Lending during the whole process. Supreme was very confident in giving me my 30year Conforming that I SIGNED then Supreme switched the loan into a Interest Only loan which I did not agree too. Then Supreme had to reach back out to the Underwriting Manager to get the original loan they had gave me (30yr conforming) and funny enough they approved! Why did this have to happen? The underwriter was the main culprit as to why I did not get the 30 year conforming. They KNEW from the beginning that I wasn't going to the the loan as my loan officer was super confident that we were going to close. I truly feel I was baited, switched and bailed in the end. I never mislead anything about my financial situation but Supreme had mislead me giving me false confidence when they know deep down it wasn't going to work as they intended. Supreme wasted me and my families time giving false hope and my own money for appraisal plus my $5,000 ******* money for nothing. Basically they screwed me as buyer. I was hoping Supreme would at least pay me $775 back to me for the rush appraisal to make me happy. To Everett Financial dba Supreme Lending The Regional Manager at ****** ******** ***************************** had responded to me and I didn't want to hear it. He never personally worked with me and using just emails as his backup. My ************************************** NMLS #**** worked with me though he wasn't very communicative consistently throughout the loan process. Please do not do business with Supreme Lending. They all say they can give you a loan no problem as that's how they get paid! Talk to at least 3+ lenders and compare their rates. If anyone says its so easy to give a loan... RUN.Supreme Lending

**********,We appreciate the feedback, however, we have addressed all of this with you in depth in our direct response to this same complaint back in February 2023. As there are no new claims, we would direct you to our original response. We understand from your review here that you do not agree with our decision, however, that does not change our response. While it is unfortunate that you did not have a great experience, we have demonstrated that there was no wrongdoing with the handling of your loan application. Thank you.Respectfully,Consumer RelationsReview fromBryan B

Supreme Lending practices poor work ethics. They cannot commit to their initial action during the approval process. I appled for a loan of less than 20% HELOC on a house valued over 4 times as much as the loan, with the understanding am escorw would not be needed to cover taxes nor insurance. I receive up to 20% discount in autopay insurance, approximatley $200 to $250 a year with Auto pay. Oncce the loan was approved, they back doored the escrow on taxes and insurance to escrow, thus costing me $2,000 to $2,500 in additional expenses from their carlessness and poor practices. I was assured that th amooount of my loanwould not require an escrow account. And now after many emails, phone calls and wasted time, they say there is nothing they can do. DO NOT do business with Supreme Lending ? Everette Financing. You will regret it with their poor ethics and practices Cannot be held accountable for their actionsSupreme Lending

Dear ****************,Thank you for your feedback. Please see the documentation provided along with our written response to you regarding this situation to confirm that your request to remove the escrow account was received on 04/10/2023, three days prior to the loan closing. In the response, it was explained to you by your Loan Officer that any changes to the file at that time would cause delays in closing the loan, but that this could be completed after the loan closed. Your response to that information was "Ok. Thank you." Furthermore, as we discussed in our written response to you, since Supreme Lending is no longer servicing your loan we are unable to make any changes to the loan at this time. You simply need to contact your current servicer to do so to prevent any interruption to your discounts. We understand that you did not have a great experience, however there was no wrongdoing by Supreme Lending in this instance. Thank you.Respectfully,Consumer RelationsBryan B

I would expect a generic comment like this from a shady institution that uses porr practices. They sold my loan off in a matter of days, and the new mortgage company is charging me $400 to eliiminate the escrow payments to my account. I have also lost $150.77 on aujto pay discount on my home owners, since Supreme Mortgage wanted to add the escorw payments. I also lost rental income on thsi investment of over $1,000 since they closed "LATE" and past the suggested closong date I was told to use when making the purchase. I will be escalating this matter to legal consultants for review, additional fees and costs, losss of rental income and other damages. And yes, I assumed that once I closed, the escow would/could be removed, so I tried aat least four times via phone,, waiting nearly half hour of four different occasions to reach their terrible customer service support line. ******************** Mortgage is a terrible company and needs to be reported to the banking institution leander associationReview fromMeya R

do not work with *************************. My father and I had several discussions with him on what my finances and budget that was feasible for me getting into my mortgage. I was introduced to a 2-1 buy down program which essentially for first time home buyers gets you into your house at a low interest lowering your first years mortgage; year 2 the mortgage will go back up to what your original interest rate should be HOWEVER, ******************** sat on my loan application for ELEVEN ***S which then caused him to miss locking me in into that program causing me to be forced into a 7% VA interest rate. Instead of telling me everything up front, I did not find this information out until the day BEFORE closing. I went back several times and asked **** to explain what happened after he emailed me telling me the time he locked in my loan the markets shifted a little and informed me he would send me an update on what that would mean for me but essentially I specifically asked him if what he explained meant that my mortgage was going to significantly increase; his response was no meya, I promise! In turn, when receiving my final disclosure the *** BEFORE closing, I saw my monthly mortgage increase about $400 from what was previously discussed according to my budget, which **** KNEW because it was disclosed what I could afford from day 1. He knew I was in a bind and wanted to buy so he sat on my loan application until it was too late, then completely blind sided me last minute. The realtor who referred me to him was not even aware **** did this to me. Instead of just apologizing and holding himself accountable (which I knew he knew he was wrong because they offered a credit to lower my initial locked interest rate down) instead, he blamed me and my father for not fully reading the disclosure. We all did and his lack of communication and failure to respond truthfully ended me up into a mortgage way above what I was willing to pay.Supreme Lending

Dear ****************,Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. As we discussed during our call, the 2-1 Buydown product was not available as there were not enough seller credits to offset the loan costs, and so the loan became unaffordable for qualification purposes. We also confirmed that the loan interest rate was locked on 03/30/2023, not just prior to the loan closing, and that the interest rate never increased from the initial loan estimate to the final CD. The reason for the increase in the monthly payment was due to the Escrow total being higher than the initial estimate for that amount, however that amount is not controlled by Supreme Lending or dictated by the loan interest rate. While we are glad to confirm there was no wrongdoing with the handling of your loan, we acknowledge that the communication could be improved, and so we will be providing counseling and ongoing training to improve communication skills for more positive future interactions. We appreciate the opportunity to review this for you. I found them to not communicate well in the process. They gave me pre-approval and we were going to use the California dream loan, then the program ran out of money. They didn’t inform me , rather only told my realtor. They don’t have respect for your time or effortsSupreme Lending

Let's simplify it, for a 205k house they want us to put down 90k, that's 40% for first time homebuyers!
They kept saying we are good you have the loan, the next day we'll we need you to put more down (originally were going to out 40k down), then that changed to 75k.
Then it was you have to out a new roof on this house before we close without a clear to close.
Then it was "we need 90k down"
During this process we had to change loan agents because Brook Hurst never did the paperwork, kept misleading us (we wanted a renovation loan as well), never once said we'd have to push back the date and basically start all over. So we had to push back our "closing date" 3 weeks. She told us we had to get our credit to a 620, we did and then she said okay it needs to be a 651 now. She put down 207k on our loan instead of the agreed upon 205k.
Wasn't going to give us the MCC credit and also had our percentage at 7.2% instead of at 6.6%
Then they put the wrong zip code when trying to get out paperwork from the irs, and they didn't even notice it was wrong.
They're also in Mexico on a work trip and aren't taking the extra time to help.Supreme Lending

Dear Ms. ********,
Please accept this response to your complaints regarding your loan closing and the handling of your loan application by your Loan Officer, Brooke Hurst.
As you know, your loan was a difficult loan to close. The initial efforts by Brooke Hurst to assist with improving Mr. ******’s credit score to 620 so the renovation loan would be possible do show to have required a lot of correspondence and effort, but this was necessary to achieve the required credit score. Additionally, it is untrue that Ms. Hurts “never did the paperwork” as you have asserted. The loan application could not move forward until the credit score improvements were completed, and your request for your loan to be handled by another Loan Officer was granted at just that point.
Furthermore, the initial application you provided indicated that Mr. ****** worked 40 hours per week, and you, Ms. ********, also being employed. This information is what all of the initial loan estimates and amounts were based upon. During the application process, after much difficulty in obtaining Mr. ******’s employment confirmation, it was determined that he was working less than 40 hours per week, and Ms. ********’s employment status changed to not working altogether. Because of the change in circumstances, the terms of the loan had to be changed as well, and so the proposed down payment amount also increased. Only with the increase in the loan terms then did the eligibility for qualification for the MCC credit become available, and so we also would disagree with your statement that “Wasn’t going to give the MSS credit” as it was simply not available until that time.
We have found no reason that the Loan Officer’s trip to Mexico had any impact on the closing, as her loan team was all available during that time. We did find that the closing had to be extended due to the easter holiday, however that was not anything which Supreme Lending could have prevented.
Regarding the clerical error of the Zip Code on the 4506-C form during the loan setup, this was immediately corrected and had no impact on the loan application process.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Respectfully,

This mortgage company is terrible to work with. It's no wonder they have so much bad reviews and when you go on their actual website, all the reviews are great because they only probably keep the great ones and don't put in the negative ones. I worked with two guys named ***** and ******. They seem very friendly at first to help you, but then when they notice that things are changing, as far as what they can approve you for, they feel like you're wasting their time now and they become lazy to help you out all of a sudden. It was too much of a back-and-forth with these two. First, they would tell me that they had a number for me and that everything was fine and then each time they would come back with something else that was needed. Then I was approved for a certain amount because I still was approved and I told them that I would love to continue to purchase a property with that amount, and I was totally ignored. Stay away from them because not only did I waste my time with a hard inquiry on my report, but they also aren't that responsible in getting back to you on time with the results. So I am very disappointed in this mortgage lending company because I had high hopes because of the way they were treating me at first, but then they just didn't care anymore. I pray to God that it doesn't happen often to people because it's not right.Supreme Lending
