I am a disabled veteran that has an approved real estate tax exemption. Prime Lending has refused to process and apply my exemption to my current mortgage with them. They have repeatedly lied to me and refused to advance my concerns to a supervisor. They have not returned phone calls and never given me any status updates. Every time I have called I was told a different course of action and none of them have corrected the issue.

Prime lending failed to contact me yesterday as promised by their customer service representative. They have done both to resolve the issue. I am not sure what privacy concerns there are when dealing with this.

A formal response was delivered to the borrower on July 26,2022.
