    I rented at the Forest Lane location on 5/28. On the third day, I went to the office because the bathroom light was not working. Instead of trying to fix my light, ****, said I would have to leave on 6/4 and that "I don't even know how you got in here." He refused to tell me why he just said "something about cursing" concerning a different location. Apparently, a *** at another Intown Suites location lied and said I cursed them out or threatened them or something. So, **** basically dismissed me when I inquired for more info or someone to talk to. He stated he was the manager and that there was no corporate contact information and that there was no corporate office period which I know is a lie. When I was only inquiring he threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave on the 4th. When I asked him "what about my light?" He said childishly that maintenance was gone until Monday which was also a lie because I had passed by the maintenance guy on my way into the office and it was only around 3:30pm. I left but returned to the office because it wasn't right. I demanded he fix my light or refund me, advising him he can't have me in a room with no bathroom light as it is a safety hazard and I almost fell the previous night. He yelled, "You can't tell me what I can and can't do!" and I told him again he can't do that. He didn't care. He kept saying he would "try" and get ahold of "him". I asked him for a definite answer and finally he yelled at me "YES!" and then said please leave and don't come back in here. So maintenance came and fixed the light but it went right back out the next day but I didn't go back to the office for fear of getting kicked out or having the police called on me unjustifiably. Mind you I wasn't disrespectful at all to him --clear case of racial stereotyping. I am a long time customer of ********************** across various states and have never received such treatment at any hotel. Also they kept trying to charge my credit card unauthorized charges.

    Me and my one year old child have been staying at this property for two months while we were staying there i was told that that our clean up day would be every monday every time they came in they never took out the trash or cleaned the bathroom mold started to grow in the shower they never changed the sheet on the bottom of the bed it has numerous stains on it from the previous ppl that use to stay there. They have a zip tie on the sheet so you can not take it off to even wash it. On 11/10/2022 i called the property all day to ask for a day extension but no one answered the phone and they put me and my childs thing out the room without even giving a chance to get the items myself or even knowing where the person that cleaned room put our things they told me the person who cleaned the room put in a closet but dont where this property had caused me and my child to have nowhere to sleep for that night. I have pictures to prove what the sheets and shower looks like if they need to be sent. Thank you for your time and consideration for looking into the problem.
