    I had such a negative experience with this company. Do not recommend. They carried boxes marked "Fragile" upside down, broke items in half, water-damaged upholstered items, and their contract obviously requires waiving most claims. I've moved several times, and this is one of the worst moving experiences I've had. Photos include just a few examples.

After reviewing your photos and speaking with the crew, it was clear that many of the items were packed with minimal protection and very little packing paper. Unfortunately, fragile items that arent properly cushioned are at high risk of damageeven during a local move.Despite this, we extended a customer service settlement to assist with any cleaning or repairs because we genuinely care about making things right.Element Moving is one of the highest-rated moving companies in *****, with over ***** five-star reviews across ****** and Yelp.     Who knew moving to a third-floor apartment could be so... painless? Element Moving knocked it out of the park! These guys were like moving ninjasquick, efficient, and somehow didn't break a sweat while I huffed and puffed just walking up the stairs. They even finished quicker than expected, which meant I had extra time to sit on my new couch and 'supervise.' Plus, the price didnt make me want to cry! If you're looking for a moving company thats faster than your **** Eats delivery, go withElementMoving!

    I have had three seperate moves with element moving. I literally didnt think moving could not be a good experience. However, element moving blew me away- this last time and the two times prior. Everyone was so friendly from the original schedulers to the actual movers. They were on time and there were no surprise costs. This is huge for me. I would 15/10 recommend them

    **************** from the first time you call until after my moves are complete was really top notch. Extremely professional and cared for every level of detail to make our move a success. As a repeat client and have used Element several times, this is the only company I would even consider for any of our moves. Amazing level of care and compassion from the entire Element team.     I am filing this complaint due to how we were treated after my wife and I decided to hire this company to facilitate our move from ****** to **********, ***** on August 30, 2024. I also want a refund that they claimed they sent but I never received. I hired them based upon their ratings and my wife had several conversations with their representative prior to our move. The job number is 21353-1. On the day of, the movers showed up but told us that the price we were quoted was incorrect. They called their supervisor and he quoted us a price that was higher and due to time constraints and the headache of finding someone else, I told them to go ahead. While they were loading the items, their supervisor called and quoted an even higher price. At that time my wife told them that we were not going to keep accepting paying a higher price due to them not quoting us incorrectly in the first place. The gentlemen who initially booked the appointment and quote had some type of medical procedure and may have been on medication that caused him not to make rational decisions when booking moving appointments. Due to us being upset and not willing to pay a higher fee, the supervisor quietly called one of the movers and told them to download our items and leave. He didn't have enough professionalism and dignity to call us himself before asking them to do that and let us know what was about to happen. He called after they were gone and told us that we would receive a refund of the 10% that I initially paid for the move. It was $124.90. My wife received an email on September 3, 2024 saying that a refund was issued for the job. I never received anything and I would like a refund to be issued. They left us high and dry by the way they handled everything I would never ever recommend their company to anyone. It was difficult trying to find another company in a short period to move us but we got it accomplished. Thanks Element for leaving us high and dry. Refund Please!

    We are truly sorry that your move did not go as planned. That is never our intention, as we always aim to provide exceptional service, which has helped us build a strong reputation. Unfortunately, in this instance, things did not unfold as expected.Wed like to clarify a few important details regarding your experience. The price was not increased; rather, we informed you that the job would take longer than initially anticipated, which would naturally affect the final cost. Our goal was to complete the move as promised, and we even made the drive to ********** to do so. However, when your wife indicated that she was unwilling to pay for the additional time required, we had no choice but to discontinue the service.Since there was no visual estimate for your move, our representative created the quote based on the information provided over the phone. Unfortunately, fewer items were listed during that conversation than were actually present at the house, resulting in more hours being necessary to complete the job.At 10 AM, our dispatch department called to inform you that we would not be completing the move and that the crew would offload your belongings from the truck. While there may have been some confusion, we do have a recorded call confirming that this information was communicated to you at the time.You were given the option to proceed, but after declining, we left the property. Later, we received a call from you in which you expressed your frustration, including yelling and cursing at our staff.As for the refund, we did attempt to process it to the Zelle account on file, but both the email and phone number provided were not registered with Zelle. Unfortunately, we were not notified that the refund failed. As soon as you provide an updated account, we will ensure the refund is processed promptly.We regret that this situation caused frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are committed to resolving this and appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to reach out directly with any further concerns or questions.
